Vietnam Dirt Trails Biking Tour – 7 Days offers challenging cross country mountain bike and a wonderful opportunity to experience the traditional and varied lifestyles of the people of this spectacular country.

Day 1 : Hanoi cycle to Yen Bai ( L ,D )

Pick up at your hotel at 7:30 and  transfer by vehicle to Trung Ha bridge and start cycling to Yen Bai along the banks of Red River .Lunch at the local restaurant in Phu Tho town and the continue cycling on the dykes of Red river to Yen Bao , Check in have have dinner in city . Arrive late afternoon. Stay 1 night.

Cycling distance : 80 km

Meals : Lunch, Dinner

Day 2 : Yen Bai cycle to Pho Lu ( B ,L,D )

After breakfast we start riding on the banks of Red river to Bao Nhai. About 40 km off road track (pretty wide) start climbing on the left. After many villages and a beautiful narrow suspension bridge, we enjoy a long single track section, starting on terraces by long climb, leading to an off road pass (about 300m of elevation) and finishing on a long downhill through waterfalls and rain forest. Lunch with noodle soup and breads, fruits, tea coffee.Then we get to the asphalt where the minibus is waiting at BaoHa , take  long transfer (35’) to LaoCai .Night in Hotel in Pho Lu town .

Day 3 : Pho Lu - Cocly -Bac Ha ( 45 km, offroad, trails, dirt road )

Breakfast in local restaurant with rice noodle soup  , banana pancake, breads, coffee, tea…and cycling to CocLy and some offroad this morning and riding to  NamDec  with 2 of climbing with 10% , more than 6 and 5 km per one climb. After more than 20 km  we will stop for lunch, after  lunch  riding down to Bac Ha. Overnight in Bac Ha . Dinner in Congphu local restaurant.

Distance: +- 55 Km. D+: 1250m   D-: 500m. (B,L, D )

Distance: 90   km

Meal: Breakfast , L = Lunch , D = dinner

Day 4 : Bac ha- CanCau- Bac Ha ( 50km offroad, trails, single track, dirt trails )

After breakfast in Hotel, we start biking from hotel to Hmong villages, riding on mountain trails climbing several mountain from 5 to 7km to Can Cau market if not we will cycling to Ban Pho villages and Hmong King palace in Bac Ha ,.

Ride: 50km offroad, trails, single track, dirt trails

Meal: Breakfast , L = Lunch , D = dinner

Accommodation: Bac Ha Hotel

Day 5 :  Bac ha-XinMan-Hoang su Phi ( 85km, off road, dirt road, asphalt road )

After breakfast in Hotel, we start biking directly from hotel, climb above Bac Ha through Di Thau. Then ride off road in the mountain on a wide track to a mountain pass and long asphalt downhill to Xin man. optional asphalt riding 38 km to hotel or Mini bus driving to Hoang Su Phi

Overnight in HoangSuPhi. Dinner at first “Basic” Hotel.

Distance: +- 85 Km. D+: 1400m   D-: 1600m. ( B,L,D)

Ride: 85km, off road, dirt road, asphalt road

Meal: Breakfast , L = Lunch , D = dinner

Day 6 : Hoang Su Phi- Bac Quang ( 65 km, off road )

After breakfast clients start biking directly from hotel on flat asphalt road. About 5 Km, an off road track (pretty wide) start climbing on the left. After many villages and a beautiful narrow suspension bridge, we enjoy a long single track section, starting on terraces by long climb, leading to an off road pass (about 1300m of elevation) and finishing on a long downhill through waterfalls and rain forest. Lunch with noodle soup and breads, fruits, tea coffee.  Then we get to the asphalt where the minibus is waiting at Vang Luong , take  short transfer (15’) to hot spring.  Clients take relax with bathing in there.  One Motorbike will assistance group until meet mini bus.  Minibus goes with Guest from this meeting point  to a small asphalt pass (tough climb and long steep downhill)
Then transfer (about 40’) to  Bac Quang. Night in Hotel.
Distance: +- 60Km. D+: 1300m   D-: 1230m. ( B,L,D)

Accommodation : Bac Quang Hotel

Meals : Breakfast ,  Lunch , Dinner

Biking :65 Km

Day 7 : Bac Quang- Hanoi (40 km, off road )

On road riding in country side 40 km, lunch. Driving back to Hanoi. End of service in Hotel in Hanoi  Distance: 45 Km.  D+: 300 m.   D-: 350m. (B,L )
