Day 1 – Ha Noi-Mai Chau Village (L/D) (75 km)
Pick up from your hotel in Ha Noi at 7:30 am for Mai Chau.Drive past to Luong Son town – Hoa Binh and start cycle to Bai Chao villages and to Cao Phong and drive southwest to Mai Chau, cycling to see beautiful views from Hoa Binh lake the gateway to the impressive mountainous area of northern Vietnam. See picturesque scenery with stunning mountain views along the way. Have lunch on the way, arrival trekking in a village of the Thai ethnic minority to another Thai ethnic group village. Stay overnight in a traditional stilt-house (home-stay) of a Thai family.

Day 2 :Cycling challenging to remote Hieu Villages (B /L/D) (75 km)
Breakfast in the home-stay stilt-house ,Today’s ride to remote area and challenging very long uphill of Pu Luong retreat . We cycle above the valley and look down on small hamlets ,we continue on single track and undulating jeep trails around terraced rice fields ,Today we will trekking around Hieu villages , Over night in Hieu village in Pu Luong Nature Reserve .

Day 3 : Hieu Villages – Cuc Phuong National Park (B/L/D) ( 90 km )
Breakfast at the home-stay stilt-house,Walk down hill again and start cycling on a beautiful country road through scenic Thai villages across the stream and visit a local family  in the morning. Transfer to La Han bridge for cycling on beautiful single trails via Thai and Muong villages to Ho Chi Minh Trails for lunch and then continue cycle from Ho Chi Minh trails to Cuc Phuong National park in the late afternoon. Over night in the park .

Day 4: Cuc Phuong Park – Tam Coc – Hanoi (B/L ) (60 km)
After breakfast .We will visit Endangered Primate Rescue Center then cycling along the forest road, riding through the jungle from  gate of the national park to visit Historical Man Cave and continue your bike ride on hilly rural roads through countryside villages, single track to Hoa Lu passing Dinh and Le temple and continue biking to Tam Coc villages for lunch after lunch transfer back to Hanoi .End The Tour in Your Hotel .
